Associate Manager, Sales- Strategic Alliances

General Responsibilities
Position Overview:
The Strategic Alliances department manages and supports partnerships with airlines, hotels, and more. This position will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing business reporting for the department. This role will also provide aide in partnership management, and strategic planning to achieve revenue goals.
+ Ongoing data procurement, critical analysis and reporting for Strategic Alliances Department.
+ Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to execute partner programs and promotions.
+ Maintain fruitful relationships with key partners; identify opportunities and execute strategies to maintain and grow revenue and market share within partnerships.
+ Maintain assets and associated content, to ensure communications continue to be effective, relevant and consistent.
+ Support the creation and implementation of web content for internal and external websites
+ Provide business updates on the competitive position of Hertz within the Strategic Alliance segment including pricing, marketing offers, site position, and overall positioning in partner communication
+ Support the department Managers and Vice President with overflow tasks as they relate to partner programs and other partner related marketing efforts.

+ Bachelors level degree in Sales, Marketing or related business discipline required.
+ 1-3 years of related work experience in Marketing/Sales.
+ Strong project management, organizational and communications skills.
+ Sales and customer service focused
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel
+ Solid knowledge of on and offline advertising process (strategic planning, developing and executing ad campaigns, media strategies).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
