Project Manager - Hertz Platinum

General Responsibilities
The Project Manager ? Hertz Platinum will execute the project plan for the Hertz Platinum program implementing the various projects identified by the Platinum team. Key to this role will be working with cross functional partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to gain agreement and commitment on the program offerings. This individual will be responsible for developing an internal communication plan to communicate program changes/best practices as well as a member communication plan to better communicate program benefits. In addition, develop a method to better capture member preferences.
Finally, this person will be responsible for developing and reporting on the metrics that measure customer utilization and most importantly satisfaction of the program.
+ Manage large, strategic projects to achieve key defined business objectives by working across business units and departments.
+ Execute a comprehensive member communication strategy that focuses on creating awareness of the program benefits and provides clear and concise direction at the time of use.
+ Develop and track annual performance plan that will set goals for key performance metrics to measure the health of the business such as NPS, Utilization, Membership, etc.
+ Create and deliver effective and appropriate internal communication materials.
+ Prepare and own timeline, budgets and project scopes.
+ Drive increased member satisfaction by ensuring consistent and timely delivery of available elite Platinum benefits across a variety of locations with unique attributes.
+ Partner with cross functional teams (i.e. technology, ecommerce, field operations, product development, pricing, and fleet management) to align integration of objectives, create business requirements, build cooperation, make empirically-supported recommendations, and advocate of behalf of the customer.
+ Work across enterprise to develop and implement process and procedures that ensure the programs operates in a controlled manner and in accordance to compliance / audit expectations.

Mandatory Requirements
+ Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Revenue/Hospitality Management, Communication, Project Management, Customer Experience.
+ Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff across the organization.
+ Experience working across and influencing corporate functions.
+ Proven ability to design, communicate and monitor process and procedures geared towards process improvement.
+ Travel, Hospitality, Retail and/or Luxury goods experience is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
