Travel & Event Data Analyst

General Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ Performs Concur Optimization analysis to ensure user productivity/adoption
+ Build dashboards and reports on best-practices to analyze spend and monitor trends
+ Create budget metrics for event spend and cost savings analysis
+ Evaluate new program opportunities to enhance traveler experience
+ Reconciliation of all meetings, events and travel related expenses
+ Analyze airline and hotel programs to ensure full optimization
+ Support meeting planning and logistics, including:
+ Manage transfers
+ Name badges
+ Room lists
+ Awards
+ Signage
+ Breakouts
+ Sourcing hotels
+ Airline reservations
+ Team building events
+ Onsite meeting coordination
+ Manage food and beverage requirements
+ Complete final checks on day of event to ensure everything meets standards
Mandatory Requirements
Essential Requirements:
+ Ability to support project teams & work effectively, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment
+ Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates a collaborative nature and team-oriented approach.
+ The ability to handle tasks independently, as well as with a team
+ A strong customer service orientation, positive attitude and be self-motivated to complete assigned projects
+ Superior Excel skills
+ Ability to travel 30% of the time

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
