Organization Change Management Specialist

General Responsibilities
The _primary mission of the Global Organization Development practice area_ is to drive and support integrated organization development programs. The programs are targeted to create a sustainable competitive advantage by managing organization development projects key to achieving specific strategic goals. The incumbent must possess the confidence and abilities necessary to manage global key initiatives as assigned and in cooperation with senior business leaders.
I. Work proactively to assess business specific value chain processes to enhance operating effectiveness. Lead and/or support organizational development projects that improve people processes, structures, measures, and accountabilities that optimize the deployment of internal resources, and maximize business results through enhanced organizational effectiveness.
II. Lead the Change Management effort on key projects and initiatives, for the people side of change, as follows:
1. Stakeholder Management ? identify and align key executives and employees throughout the organization with the project goals during the lifecycle of the project. This includes establishing and launching Business Advisory Teams, and providing them with the governance model to support project activities. Identify keys for success, as well as potential risks with specific plans for mitigation.
2. Change Readiness Assessment ? assess the change impact on the current organization, and to measure and track the readiness of the organization to embrace and accept the change. Administrator the Denison culture survey for baseline measurement, as well as other diagnostic tools. Support the development and execution of culture councils, as well as debrief sessions across the organization. Identify keys for success, as well as potential risks with specific plans for mitigation.
3. Communications ? work closely with the communications team to develop a comprehensive communication plans to manage the communications to the various audience groups with an objective to build awareness of and commitment to the project solution in order to help the organization to become ready, willing and able to operate in the new environment. Lead the project launch campaign and project team kickoff.
4. Learning ? work closely with Learning & Development to develop a comprehensive learning plan strategy that will identify individuals affected by the change, define new skills and competencies required to successfully implement and sustain the new processes.
III. Implement specific knowledge management processes to capture and protect critical knowledge and intellectual capital, while working closely with Learning and Development to ensure mentoring and ?Shadowing? programs are utilized to effect knowledge transfer of key positions
Mandatory Requirements
Educational Background:
Degree in industrial and organizational psychology or a relevant related domain, and ideally, a business degree, e.g. BA, MBA, or equivalent.
Professional Experience:
Business experience,

Knowledge:
+ Knowledge of state-of-the-art training and learning principles, methodologies, and tools
+ Understanding of organization development and organization effectiveness concepts and their applicability to organizational learning.
+ Ability and eagerness to be intimately involved with the businesses and contribute to business success.
+ Ability to diagnose organizational problems and to build effective relationships with line managers.
+ Ability to convince in situations without formal authority and to push back when appropriate.
+ Fair balance of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation when providing solutions.
+ Good understanding of the industry, the fundamental business principles and its business drivers.
+ Understanding of Human Resource and Organization Development principles.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
