Manager, Hertz Brand Campaigns

General Responsibilities
The primary missions of the Manager, Hertz Brand Campaigns are:
+ Facilitate the end to end execution of campaigns, primarily in digital media
+ Align with Brand team, Promotions Team, and HBR on campaign needs to support brand building and revenue generation
+ Coordinate campaign content across all media. Getting input from the business stakeholders and synthesizing into a completed plan
+ Integrate content creation and distribution across agency, digital team, budget holder, organic social, etc
+ Guardian of the style and tone in the approval process
+ Ensuring the KPIs are achieved, adjusting the plan as needed based on changing business targets and keeping the program runs to budget
+ Owning and distributing internal campaign updates - calendars, message, flighting, final tracking, reporting, etc.
+ Own and manage social media paid and organic creative content, especially for Facebook
+ Define the role, form and value of content in each channel across the customer journey
+ Ensuring all paid campaigns, regardless of source, align to the brand strategy and customer journey. Acting as the advocate of the brand strategy in all planning and flighting sessions.
+ Working with the appropriate agencies and stakeholders to ensure there is a robust pipeline of creative and campaign ideas.
+ Collaborate with the broader enterprise to solicit continuous feedback on current and future social marketing tactics, launch new products, and work with the Hertz Brand Performance Management analytics team to monitor the success (e.g., overall revenue growth and marketing metrics like brand awareness, site visits, etc.)
Additional responsibilities and core functions include:
+ Identify and champion ad hoc projects that will have brand and business impact (example, Young Renter, HLE, etc)
+ Help establish business objectives, strategies, campaigns, and tactics that will successfully meet the financial plan
+ Foster consistent brand results measurement, robust industry and brand analytics and a focus on results to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI for the brand
+ Stay current on market, competition, and trends including analyzing current marketing tactics, concepts, practices and procedures
+ Assist in defining the objective, scope, and prioritization of product initiatives
+ Competitive advertising campaign tracker
Key result areas:
+ Executing and driving to annual financial targets for Hertz brands
+ Develop, implement, and measure marketing campaigns
+ Campaign specific KPIs
+ Customer journey content strategy
Mandatory Requirements
Educational Background:
Degree in Marketing, advertising or other business discipline (Master?s preferred).
Professional Experience:
5+ years of experience in Marketing. A proven track record in brand management, advertising or marketing positions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
