Account Service Representative, Inbound Sales

General Responsibilities
Sales Support to Global Inbound Sales Team:
+ Assist with account reservations requests and customer complaint escalations
+ Coordination of VIP reservation and complimentary vehicle requests at the request of the Account Manager or Vice President.
+ Assist with potential trouble shooting bookings
+ Assist with general inquiries from team and accounts
+ Assist with marketing payment inquiries
+ Build relationships with Account Contacts, Hertz field locations, and various HQ divisions to ensure strong execution of requests.
Assist with Marketing Support:
+ Support Account Team on marketing collateral development.
+ Serve as the marketing contact for the Inbound Team on brand guidelines and overall marketing updates.
+ Review marketing collateral to ensure collateral is within brand guidelines.
+ Assist with ordering of merchandise giveaways for accounts and tracking of merchandise spend.
Assist with Communications Materials to Team and Accounts:
+ Assist with managing the Inbound Sales Terms Summaries? contents
+ Assist with managing the location list spreadsheets.
+ Provide timely updates on location changes to team and accounts
+ Fleet Updates
+ Customer Care processes
+ Value Added Services Product Changes and Updates
Salesforce Support:
+ Assist with integration of Inbound sales team into Salesforce
+ Assist with communication updates utilizing Salesforce
+ Support with integration of PRF process into Salesforce
+ Assist with Inbound Sales library and Inbound Sales Chatter Groups
+ Support in training Salesforce to Inbound Sales team
Administrative Functions:
+ PowerPoint Presentations
+ Account Meeting Preparation
+ Assist with calendars and organizing meeting rooms
+ Assist with team location?s weekly notifications,
+ Assist with tracking team?s attendance records
+ Communication to team on company-wide updates
+ Assist with team?s WebEx set-up
Mandatory Requirements
Education:
+ Bachelor?s Degree Required
Skills:
+ Strong Administrative Skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, communicate effectively with customers and within the Hertz Organization
+ Team player
+ Detail-oriented
+ Good organization skills
+ Customer service focused ? provide high level of service for our customers
+ Adaptable
Experience preferred in the following systems, but not required:
+ Salesforce

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
