Sales Training Project Manager

General Responsibilities
The Sales Training Project Manager will report to theVP Global Learning and Leadership Development with dotted line accountability to the Sr. Director Sales Administration and Effectiveness and will oversee the content development and implementation of all training for the Sales organization.
This role will require Sales experience, project management skills, excellent facilitation skills and a passion for delivering high impact learning sessions. The ideal candidate will need to be able to influence others, drive a strong learning agenda and partner with business leaders.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Plan, manage, and deliver Sales training (New Hire + Ongoing)
+ Partner with stakeholders to determine needs and priorities within the Sales organization, and support revenue growth and demands from the business
+ Conduct detailed gaps and needs analysis for the Sales program
+ Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Instructional Design to develop and deliver training content that meets the needs of the Sales department
+ Ensure consistency of training design, delivery and execution; proactively provide relevant feedback, suggestions and best practices to improve results
+ Responsible for the delivery of Sales specific training and other training as needed by the organization
+ Responsible for creating and executing post training strategies designed to improve and maintain performance expectations
+ Ensure updated knowledge of the Sales program with self at all times
+ Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques, while using a variety of training delivery modalities including live and virtual classroom training
+ Demonstrate effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other leaders within the business and resource units
+ Accountable for achieving individual and organizational training performance metrics
+ Maintain accurate measurement and reporting of all assigned training metrics
+ Drive data analytics to link training facilitation and curriculum effectiveness to Sales performance and processes
+ Other duties as required by business needs
Mandatory Requirements
Education and Professional Certifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university or 5+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Qualifications:
+ Strong communication, Project Management and presentation skills
+ Strong analytical and assessment skills; ability to interpret large amounts of data and information to create and execute workable solutions
+ Strong planning and organization skills; ability to think ahead and conceptualize and plan for events
+ Understanding of Learning and Development theories and models
+ Experienced in the training life cycle ? from content needs assessment, content creation, facilitation, and post training assessment
+ Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including the Microsoft Office suite
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively utilizing presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written skills
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule
+ Travel may be required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
