Account Service Representative

General Responsibilities
Job Function & Customer Service:
+ Provide sales support and customer service to strategic travel industry accounts.
+ Coordination of events (conferences, regionals, seminars, trade shows, webinars) including occasional coverage, from start to finish
+ Liaise with Hertz Marketing to create core custom account collateral and targeted incentive materials on an ongoing basis
+ Complete necessary administration for proper implementation of PVAs, travel accounts, etc.
+ Assist with PowerPoint presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews and webinar?s
+ Research and order promotional items for events throughout the year
+ Coordinate the handling of all VIP reservations with follow-up
+ Build relationships with Account Contacts
+ Maintain contracts /reports/budgets/invoices/complimentary car funds
+ Assist in Business Review preparation
+ Access necessary reports for account management. etc.
+ Order reports for accounts on a monthly, quarterly and/or yearly basis and format to the Client?s specifications (if requested)
+ Customization of reporting based on specific account specifications
+ Assist with Gold Enrollment, Reservations, and General Questions
+ Assist with the implementation and process of Guaranteed Charge Card (GCC), Hertz Charge Card (HCC) Applications, vanity links, barter accounts, etc.
+ Meet administrative and event deadlines as communicated by company or account
+ Work intra-organizationally with multiple contacts/departments to streamline processes
+ Liaise with Hertz Claim Management (HCM) to include claim issue investigation and resolution
+ Generatereportsand input data into Excel spreadsheets
+ Generate specialized reports for Strategic Account Managers
+ Generate and schedule reports for accounts on monthly/quarterly basis and customize data to meet customer?s specifications
+ Generate reports and input data into PRF (Pricing Request Form)
Perform the following Salesforce functions:
+ Update Business Review Sheets, and all account information, not updated by Sales Systems, including competitive rates and market share
+ Update Contact Information
+ Gain knowledge to generate opportunities/quotes and agreements in Salesforce sales tool
+ Update all extra rate information, not updated by Sales Systems
+ Gain knowledge on completing the Agreement preparation process in Salesforce
Implementation of Rate Program:
+ Assist in implementation of new programs
+ Work with Account Manager and Client Contact to ensure proper implementation of contract rates and benefits
+ Help in coordinating responses and Attachments into RFP response.
Mandatory Requirements
Education/Requirements
+ Bachelor?s Degree
+ Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
+ Advanced Excel skills to include pivot tables
+ Advanced PowerPoint skills to include creating and revising presentations
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Communicate effectively with outside clientele and within the Hertz Organization
+ Ability to learn new programs, software and reports quickly
+ Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to prioritize multiple projects
+ Capable of working independently and in an open team environment
+ Excellent customer service skills both in person and via phone
+ Ability to adapt quickly to changes in business climate
+ Excellent problem-solving skills; research/investigate to find resolution

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
