Business Analyst Resource Management - RAC Operations

General Responsibilities
The Business Analyst is responsible for maintaining robust execution of resource planning tools to support the organization and for collaborating with all necessary parties within the region & locations. The incumbent will ensure tactical decisions meet the objectives of the strategic goals of the Company. The incumbent will make business presentations to region & corporate leadership to support existing and growth potential.
1. Responsible for developing and supporting the implementation of industry-leading resource planning best practice strategies and processes.
2. Works closely with regions and stations to implement processes, to deliver the right manpower to meet operational needs and support the achievement of service standards and financial targets.
3. Documents, communicates and mentors stations on the implementation of long-term and shorter-term manpower planning best practice processes to cost effectively improve service to customers.
4. Works with stations to develop standard performance metrics, to identify effectiveness in delivery of manpower to daily target, as well as effectiveness in staffing at optimal headcount.
5. Works with current planning tools (SBO, LPT, Aspect) to identify opportunities to cost effectively re-position manpower to reduce service defects.
6. Proactively identifies opportunities and specific recommendations to improve operational and cost performance

Mandatory Requirements
Educational Background:
+ Bachelors degree or extensive operational experience
+ Bachelors or Masters Degree Preferred
Professional Experience:
+ High level operations and project management experience
+ Prior Car Rental experience preferred
+ Prior experience supporting the execution of projects remotely
+ Proven track record of success
Knowledge:
+ Financial and business acumen

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
